The details of Jules Wainstein's divorce are leaking out, and she's getting a pretty hefty payday from her ex-husband for child and spousal support.

The former "The Real Housewives of New York City" star is getting sole legal custody of the two kids she and Michael Wainstein share: Jagger David, 10, and Islo Rio, 7. Plus, TMZ says, she's also getting more than $7,000 a month in combined support.
The divorce documents state that the former reality TV star will get $4,133.33 in spousal support for the next two years. She'll also get $3,000 per month in child support. Jules, who left "RHONY" in 2016 and moved to Florida, will have final say on where the kids go to school and what religion they will practice, which is Judaism.
Michael will have some parenting time and has some say in the wellbeing of the kids. For instance, Jules can't move the kids out of Florida without Michael's agreement (he also lives in Florida).

In addition, the parents worked out a holiday schedule where they'll see the children evenly.
When the "Housewives" couple split in 2016, things got nasty fairly quickly — just one month after she filed for divorce, she called 911 on Michael after a fight. He later said she he wanted full custody of the kids, alleging she was erratic. Earlier this year, she was arrested for slapping Michael during a custody exchange. He also accused her abusing drugs.
Their divorce was finalized in September.
