Baby's first sexy photo shoot! Hilaria Baldwin is already flaunting her pregnant body, much like she did during her last pregnancy.

On March 14, Alec Baldwin's wife took to Instagram to show her growing baby bump in a lingerie-clad selfie.

Hilaria was sharing lingerie selfies last year up until the birth of her and Alec's son Rafael last June.

Some things never change!

But, Hilaria says she shares the snaps for a good reason and she hopes to empower women with the images.

"And we begin the journey again!" she captioned the sexy selfie. "#BaldwinBabyBump3 I posted belly photos every two weeks when I was pregnant with Rafa. I didn't have the guts to do it the first time around with Carmen. The purpose? To show that we don't need to be ashamed or hide the pregnant figure.

"These are common emotions in our society that elevates a thin body above all else. Being my third baby in three years, I am a true believer that our bodies are amazing, and we should celebrate them, rather than feel embarrassed and hide until the baby weight is entirely gone."

Her lengthy post continued, "For both women and men: we create let's honor how we make these miracles. Every pregnancy is different, so we shall see what happens this time around, ready to take the journey with me? Deep breath, pressing 'share'… #366daysoflivingclearly #HilariaLCM."

Hilaria and her husband announced that they were having a third child together last week on Instagram.

"Ireland, Carmen, Rafael, Alec, and I are excited to share with you that we are going to have another addition to our family," she captioned a shot of Alec kissing her on NYC's famed Fifth Avenue. "A little boy coming this fall."

If history is any indication, Mrs. Alec Baldwin will be sharing her pregnancy journey all along the way, many times in skimpy clothing.

Last year after giving birth to Rafael, the fitness guru's body bounced back incredibly quickly.

"I gave birth about 10 weeks ago, but I'm not trying to lose the baby weight," she said at the time. "I've come to a point in my life where I'm not trying to be skinny, I'm just trying to be healthy, and I've found that if I don't really stress about it, the weight kind of just comes off."
