Jana Kramer and several other women associated with country music could be headed to a television screen near you.
Over the last several days, Jana and Kasi Wicks, the wife of Chuck Wicks and sister of Jason Aldean, both teased a project on social media but remained somewhat tightlipped about what exactly it could be.
TMZ says there are whispers in Music City about the development of a "Real Housewives of Nashville" series, or at least something like it. Others believed to be involved in the project include Sabina Gadecki (Tyler Rich's wife) and Jenna Perdue (wife of Dee Jay Silver). The women are reportedly shooting a pilot.
There had been rumors that Brittany Aldean (Jason's wife) was involved, but she struck that down as "fake news" on Instagram. "There was apparently filming going on that I was unaware of," she said.
Chuck Wicks, meanwhile, indicated that his wife was "filming something."
Despite the fact that NBC (which owns Bravo) is supposedly handling production, there is no guarantee that this is a "Housewives" series in development. In fact, TMZ claims that the series is more likely to end up on one of NBC's other networks. Still, the chatter is also all very premature, as the report claims that no contracts have been signed, and there's been no green light for a series as of now.
