Jason DeRulo showed some over-the-top generosity after his latest song topped the charts.

On Oct. 19, the singer posted a celebratory Instagram video that shows him buying a drink for everyone at Catch, a hugely popular and pricey Los Angeles restaurant, after "Savage Love" nabbed the top spot on Billboard's Hot 100 chart.
The final tally: $112,742.30.
"Listen, it's a celebration of Savage Love going number one on Billboard charts," the singer told his fellow diners while raising a toast. "Cheers to everyone in the building."
During the video, Jason's girlfriend, Jena Frumes, kisses him and says, "Congrats, babe." She later says, "My baby hit No. 1 on the Billboard."
The chart-topping tune also features massively popular K-pop group BTS and New Zealand singer Jawsh 685. Jason gave his fellow contributors a shoutout in his Instagram caption, telling them, "We did it." But several fans accused Jason of editing the post to shoutout BTS after he allegedly failed to initially include his collaborators in his celebratory social media moment.
Likewise, many of the singer's followers completely credited the pop group, not Jason, for the song's success. Ironically, BTS's song "Dynamite" sits at No. 2 on the Hot 100 chart.
