Jessica Simpson likes to express herself.
In early April, the fashion mogul decided to go extension-free on Instagram. But she's going au natural elsewhere, too.

During a chat with InStyle, Jessica was asked about her quarantine beauty routine.
"I got really into red light therapy. I went down a rabbit hole on this amazing facialist and I was like, 'Okay, I need something to tighten my skin.' I just turned 40. I don't want to get Botox, I like my expressions. That's what makes me who I am," she said. "I mean, I understand Botox, but if I can just put a red light on my face, that's amazing and it's not something I have to pay for every time."
Jessica said she truly believes in the therapy and isn't paid to endorse it.
"If I'm laying there with the red light on my face, it does put me into a meditative state of mind and I can just play music or a podcast or just get centered, but also know that I'm Benjamin Buttoning myself," she said.

In a recent interview on SiriusXM's "The Jess Cagle Show," Jess opened up about quarantining at home sober.
"People are like, 'Don't you want to drink during this pandemic? Oh my god, aren't your kids driving you crazy?'" she said. "I'm like, 'No, I do not want to drink.' Like, I have not wanted it."
Jessica quit drinking three years ago.
"I feel like that's a big blessing," she said. "Once I surrendered and gave it over, I never looked back — and my husband did it with me, so that support was amazing."
