The Kardashains' and Justin Bieber's favorite pastor could be preaching to someone else: a judge.

According to a new lawsuit, Pastor Rich Wilkerson Jr., who stars in the reality show "Rich In Faith" is accused of stealing Miami street art and using it to promote his church without permission.

The lawsuit says Vous Church, Rich's Miami worship house, used a series of works on social media and in newspaper ads and the plaintiffs are equating it to straight up theft.

TMZ claims that the murals were lifted from buildings owned by a Miami school. The lawsuit, obtained by the website, says the art was never designed for "a well-funded celebrity church brand or its prosperous pastors."

The lawsuit says the artists of the pieces would have denied Rich even if he asked.

Rich is well known in Hollywood circles and Justin Bieber counts him as one of his dear friends. Earlier this week, the celebrity pastor told ET that Justin has a "heart of gold."

"He's been thrown into a whirlwind that I'll never know and so I think on his journey he's always trying to figure it out," he said, regarding Justin's rise to fame. "Anybody who gets put into that limelight gets a bad rap."

"When you do something good, that gets exploited. When you do something bad, that gets exploited," Rich said.

"People aren't projects, people are people. Projects have a start date and a finish date -- that's not people," he said. "People are eternal beings and our job is to love, encourage, affirm. He's got a heart of gold."

Rich is also good friends with the Kardashian family and he even officiated Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's nuptials. He also helped Kourtney Kardashian cope with her split with longtime boyfriend Scott Disick last summer.

Rich and his wife Dawn Chere were actually invited to be on "Kourtney and Khloe Take The Hamptons" in 2014 to help be a positive influence on Scott.
