"Real Housewives of New York" star Luann de Lesseps rejected a plea deal in regards to her drunken Christmas Eve arrest in Florida in which she allegedly attacked a police officer.
TMZ reported that Luann was offered a plea bargain during a court hearing on Feb. 14, but she said thanks, but no thanks. What exactly Luann was offered isn't known.

Luann has been charged with a felony count of resisting an officer with violence. She faces up to five years in prison on the felony. She has also been charged with trespassing and disorderly intoxication charge, both of which are misdemeanors.
Luann was initially booked into jail on two other felony counts of corruption by threat, but those were dropped in the official charging documents.

According to the Palm Beach Post, an assistant state attorney said that the reality star slammed a door and kicked a police officer during an alcohol-fueled tirade in the early morning hours of Christmas Eve. She also told people prior to her arrest, "I'm going to kill you all," the state's attorney claimed.
The reality TV star reportedly checked into rehab after the arrest.
"After the events of last Saturday night in Palm Beach, I am truly embarrassed. I have decided to seek professional guidance and will be voluntarily checking into an alcohol treatment center," she said in a statement. "My actions alleged in the police report do not reflect my core values and my law abiding character."
