Food Network star Ree Drummond said her husband and nephew are "healing" after suffering injuries during a head-on accident last month on the family's ranch.
"Ladd and Caleb are healing up after their accident on the ranch," the "Pioneer Woman" host wrote on Instagram. "And the Drummond family is so grateful for all of your kind words!"

In early March, Ree's husband, Ladd, and her nephew, Caleb, were injured while responding to a wildfire on the family's ranch in Osage County, Oklahoma. Due to poor road conditions and decreased visibility, the men's trucks collided. Ladd ended up breaking his neck in two places.
"Evidently one of the two fractures was very close to being catastrophic," she said in a March 15 blog post, adding that doctors used "some rods and other hardware" to stabilize him. Caleb, meanwhile, suffered a broken ribs and a severe concussion.
Last week, two of Ree's children, Alex and Todd, also gave an update on the status of their ailing family members.
"A lot of people are asking how our dad is. He's doing a lot better. He's recovering and he's even starting to get back into ranch work," Alex said.
Todd chimed in, "Caleb is doing good. He's pretty much all healed up and back to his normal life."
Neither of the men were wearing seatbelts at the time of the crash, police said.
"For both Caleb and Ladd to be okay—injured, yes, but fixable—after seeing the condition of their trucks makes me not want to spend one second complaining," Ree said in March. "I can't even be mad at Ladd for driving himself to the hospital with a broken neck. I'm just so glad I'm home with him."
