Joel Kinnaman is petitioning to get a restraining order against an ex who he claims is extorting him.

In his court filing, which was obtained by TMZ, the "Suicide Squad" star said he met an aspiring model back in 2017 and admitted that they had a "brief romantic relationship" in 2018. After the romance ended, he alleges that she began "using harassment, threats of physical violence by herself and others, and threats to disseminate false information to extort money from [him]." She is also now claiming they had nonconsensual sex, which he denies.
The woman, Joel alleges, has gang ties and has threatened to hurt him. She also allegedly told him she is pals with some very famous names in Hollywood who could ruin his career.
According to Joel, he says the woman was perturbed that he didn't ask her stay over after they had sex one night, nor did he check to see if she got home safe afterward, and that started the whole thing. He claims that she began texting him with graphic images, forcing him to block her.

Joel claims she eventually threatened to publicize "false information," most notably her allegation of nonconsensual sex, unless he paid her off. Among the things she demanded for her silence, TMZ says, was an apartment for a year, a work visa, a Wikipedia page, a verified Instagram, an introduction to a Hollywood agent and other compensation.
In the filing, the actor said his manager met with the woman and she supposedly admitted the sex was consensual and she was simply upset with how she was treated.
