May the force be with Rooney Mara.

The "Carol" actress showed up to the 2016 Oscars with a three-rung bun that looked a lot like Rey's from "Star Wars: The Force Awakens."

Rooney's resemblance to Daisy Ridley is uncanny as the two actresses both have dark hair and are bold enough to pull off not just one bun but three with this new trend hairstyle.

Deadline spoke with Rooney about the rumors that she was being considered for a "Star Wars role" in "Rogue One: A Star Wars Story."

Rooney said, "I didn't read for it. I met with the director (Gareth Edwards) and I really liked him but then I did''t end up reading for it," she added. "I was on a film. I was working six day weeks and it was just like it wasn't going to be possible."

So while Rooney has not played a part in "Star Wars," she is an Oscar nominee tonight.

And Both Rooney and Daisy are at the Academy Awards tonight. Daisy is presenting an award, and Rooney is nominated for Best Actress in a Supporting Role for her part as Therese Belivet, a department store clerk in the 1950s who falls in love with a refined older woman in "Carol."

Rooney was also nominated for a Best Actress award in 2012 for her role in "The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo."

But she is not the only one who showed off a Star Wars look! Little "Room" star Jacob Tremblay was completely adorable with his "Star Wars" socks.

The nine-year-old gave his perspective on the Oscars to E! News' Ryan Seacrest.

"I get to see lots of legs. That's my perspective," he said.

And Rooney's legs were on full display in her white, long-sleeved Givenchy dress with a high slit and a diamond cutout in the middle.

All eyes will be on her tonight as she is up against Jennifer Jason Leigh, Rachel McAdams, Alicia Vikander and Kate Winslet for the Oscar.
