Charlie Sheen probably shouldn't clear any shelf space for a Father of the Year trophy. Radar Online says he's made good on his purported plans to evict ex-wife Denise Richards and their daughters, 10-year-old Sam and 8-year-old Lola, from the home he bought for them in 2011. He apparently sold the six-bedroom, nine-bathroom, 9,000-square-foot mansion -- located a few doors down from his own digs -- to a pal.

Charlie's lawyers "have been working with Denise in vacating the premises," alleges a source. "Charlie has wanted Denise out of the gated community where he also lives for months, and his porn star fiancée, Brett Rossi, has been pushing for it, too."

The trouble seems to have started around Christmas, when Sheen publicly accused Richards of keeping him from his daughters. She denied the claims, but that didn't stop him from hinting about cutting her $55,000-a-month child support payment and calling her a "pig" in a Twitter rant ("I own the farm. yet you are [the] only pig in the pen"). All this, despite the fact that Denise, who is also mom to 3-year-old Eloise, took in his twin sons with third ex-wife Brooke Mueller for several months when both parents proved incapable of caring for them.

"Sam and Lola's school is currently less than a five minute drive from the house they are living in now," explains a spy. "Charlie is allowing Denise to stay in the house until the girls finish school in several weeks. … But as soon as they are done with school, Charlie wants her out. It's really sad because it just didn't have to come to this."

TMZ reported in March that there was no question about the actor's motives: "Charlie is not hiding his contempt for Denise or the fact that this is retaliation."
