Khloe Kardashian's had her fair share of criticism from the press for her highly public relationship and quickie wedding to basketball player Lamar Odom. But don't think for one second that she lets it get to her.
In the new Life & Style magazine, the youngest Kardashian sister sets the record straight about her marriage, fighting the rumors and being ready to start a family.
On her whirlwind romance with husband Lamar Odom:
It was just so much so soon. We planned our wedding in nine days. It's not what a lot of people consider ideal, but for us it was perfect.

On getting married so early in a relationship:
"I really wouldn't have done it any other way. Many people have judged me, but I don't care how it looks to someone else. We're completely content, and that's the best feeling in the world."
On how Lamar is different than other men she's dated:
"I've just never felt deserving of this kind of attention before. Every single night before I go to sleep, he tells me how beautiful I am and how lucky he is to have me. I know it sounds cheesy, but I've never in my life met someone who I love this much."
On her thoughts on Lamar's eagerness to have kids:
"He's said that kind of stuff to me in private, but I was shocked when he said it publicly! I didn't know he was that comfortable talking about it. Lamar wants to start having children tomorrow. He already has two beautiful children [with ex-girlfriend Liza Morales], Destiny and Lamar Jr., but he can't wait for me to have more kids and form this new family. I know how happy he would be, and I'd love to have kids. But ideally I want to wait at least until we've settled into our new house."
On how long she thinks she'll wait to have kids:
"I want to enjoy at least a year with my husband, one-on-one. He's playing so much right now, and I'm filming "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" a lot, so we don't get to just hang out. But if I happened to get pregnant, I'd be over the moon. I'm the type of person who doesn't force things. If it happens, it happens."
On her plans for the holidays:
"The Lakers play at home in L.A. for their Christmas Day game. That means we'll be here for my mom's big Christmas Eve party. I'm excited. It's going to be such a crazy Christmas: I have a husband, and Kourtney will have her baby!"
On whether a honeymoon is on her wish list:
"We're going to wait until around Valentine's Day. Lamar gets six days off for All-Star week. But he really wants to honeymoon for two weeks, so we might just wait until the off-season."
On how Lamar reminds her of her father:
"Lamar's devotion makes me want to cry because the only other person who gave that to me was my dad."
