Khloe Kardashian filed for divorce from Lamar Odom in December 2013, but in the eyes of the law, she's still a "Mrs." — and she'll stay that way unless she's does something about it.

A judge is apparently on the verge of dismissing Khloe's divorce if she doesn't take immediate action to file final paperwork to seal the deal, according to TMZ.

Although the initial paperwork was filed nearly a year-and-a-half ago, Lamar has yet to respond. Because of that, Khloe has the right to get a default divorce judgment, but she still hasn't.

"Sources connected to the Kardashian family tell us she just doesn't want to deal with the divorce and won't take any action," TMZ said.

The problem with the duo staying married lies in the financials. The house that Khloe and Lamar lived in while married was sold for $5.5 million last year. With the divorce essentially being in escrow, no one seems to know what to do with that money.

Is it possible that Khloe's holding out hope of a reconciliation? It may not be as crazy as it seems. In fact, she's still using the last name "Odom."

The "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star, currently in Armenia with other family members, posted a photo to Instagram on April 10 of a certificate from an Armenian company granting the famous family a plot of land in the nation. Khloe's name on the certificate says "Khloe Kardashian Odom." She has since taken down the photo.

"Kourt and Rob we got you a souvenir!!!!!! Land in Armenia!!!" she wrote in the caption of the now deleted image. For the record, Khloe dropped the name "Odom" from her Instagram account in September 2013.

According to TMZ, if action isn't taken as early as the end of April, a judge could toss out the divorce and, social media not withstanding, she'll still be Khloe Kardashian Odom.
