Neon Trees drummer Elaine Bradley has her own little "Animal."
On July 30, the musician gave birth to a baby boy, Bryce Alden, at 5:10 p.m. in her Provo, Utah home, she tells Us Weekly exclusively. Bradley's newborn weighed in at 6 lbs., 2 oz. and measured 20.5 inches long.
"I went into labor around 8:30 a.m. on the 30," the drummer says. "By the time the midwife got there around 1:30 p.m,. labor was in full swing. We realized he was breech in the last 30 minutes, and luckily we were able to get him out safely and without intervention."
"It was great birthing at home because we get to stay here with our new boy, and he never had to be whisked away after the birth," Bradley tells Us. "All bias aside, he is the cutest child I have ever seen!"
Married since January 2011, Bradley continued to perform until she was seven months pregnant. "I'm sorry, but I've just got have this baby before I can tour again," she told a fan via Twitter July 14. "First things first." Neon Trees' Tyler Glenn, Chris Allen and Branden Campbell are currently on the road promoting their sophomore album, Picture Show. The band will next perform in Kansas City, Missouri on August 3.
