Gwyneth Paltrow works hard for her buff bod, and she wants you to notice.
Less than a week after she showed off her trim physique in a black body suit at the Grammy awards, the mom of two, 38, flaunted her figure in several itsy-bitsy bikinis during a Barbados vacation over the weekend.
"She is my number one student," longtime trainer Tracy Anderson tells UsMagazine.com of the actress, who does 45 minutes of dance cardio, followed by muscular structure work, six times a week. "When I started with Gwyneth, she had 35 pounds to get off initially after her second baby. She has been six days a week, for four years. And that way, she never gets out of control and she loves to eat, so it never fails her."
Indeed, Paltrow -- who's married to Coldplay rocker Chris Martin -- told Us last spring that her secret is never letting up on her workouts.
"If I'm home with my kids, I still like to do it everyday but I don't go as crazy," she explained. "I will do cardio one day and legs another day."
