Scott Wolf and wife Kelley Wolf took to Instagram to jointly share
a photo of their family of five including their three children — Jackson, 16, Miller, 12, and Lucy, 11 — smiling together in front of the Universal Studios sphere.
"2/20/2026. Healing. Thank you @unistudios for an epic day at the park! So much fun!" they wrote in the caption.

Their day at Universal Studios comes after a judge dismissed Scott Wolf's case accusing wife Kelley Wolf of violating a restraining order.
According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly, the case was dropped without prejudice by a Utah judge at the request of the Summit County District Attorney's Office.
The judge's decision came "as part of a global resolution," which also included a request to dismiss a separate case alleging that Kelley harassed Scott.

Since their mid-2025 split, Scott Wolf and Kelley Wolf, who married in 2004, have been involved in ongoing legal issues.
"After 21 years of marriage, I have made the most difficult decision of my life and filed for divorce from my wife Kelley," Scott said in a statement to People at the time.
"Our children have always been, and continue to be, the loves of our lives and our every priority, so I kindly ask for privacy at this time as we help guide them through this new chapter," he added.
Kelley, meanwhile, shared her own statement about the breakup on Instagram, writing, "It is with a heavy heart that Scott and I are moving forward with the dissolution of our marriage. This has been a long, quiet journey for me — rooted in hope, patience and care for our children. While I will not speak publicly about the details, I feel peace knowing that I've done everything I can to walk this path with integrity and compassion."
"We both look forward to an extraordinary life centered around the most extraordinary children. My priority has always been their wellbeing — and my own healing. That will never change. I am stepping into a chapter of peace, freedom and protection — with grace. Thank you to the many friends, family and professionals who have held space for me with love," she added.

After Scott Wolf and Kelley Wolf announced their separation, the former reality star was detained by authorities and later hospitalized.
Following Kelley's release, Scott was issued a temporary restraining order against her. He was also granted full custody of their children and sole control of their Utah home.
In August 2025, authorities arrested Kelley on charges of electronic communication harassment and the electronic sharing of personal identifying information. At a hearing the following month, she told the court that she planned to seek mental health treatment.
