According to authors
Chris Hutchins and
Peter Thompson's book,
Sarah's Story: The Duchess who Defied the Royal House of Windsor, via
Daily Express, Sarah Ferguson demanded that employees iron her underwear, bras and tights. If the staff didn't wash her clothing with her favorite detergent, she would "order everything to be cleaned again."

Before Sarah Ferguson went to sleep, she reportedly requested that "two hot water bottles be placed on the side of her king-sized bed each night." The former Duchess of York also instructed "staff to measure the temperature of the water so it was exactly to her liking."

When Sarah Ferguson arose in the morning, she wanted freshly squeezed orange juice "just as she sat down" for breakfast. "She could tell the difference if the juice had been prepared earlier and refused to touch it," Chris Hutchins and Peter Thompson wrote.

Sarah Ferguson also wanted her dog, Bendicks, treated like royalty. The staff reportedly made the Jack Russell "proper dinners, liver or sausages with gravy."

New information about Sarah Ferguson's relationship with
Jeffrey Epstein hints that she used him to fund her lifestyle. "Sarah Ferguson needs to learn one of life's basic lessons: You have to cut your cloth to suit your purse," former BBC royal expert
Jennie Bond told
The Mirror. "I cannot understand how she has so consistently got herself into terrible debt, leading her to cultivate unsavory friendships. Money, and her insatiable greed for it, has been at the root of her problems."

Sarah Ferguson — who was stripped of her titles and evicted from Royal Lodge over her friendship with Jeffrey Epstein — will have a new set of problems to deal with following Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor's arrest. The former Duke of York was taken into custody on suspicion of misconduct in public office for allegedly giving their criminal pal classified information.
