For over a year, Anna Duggar stood by her husband's side even after he admitted that he cheated on her. Well, perhaps she can't do it anymore.

A report in In Touch says Anna is planning to file divorce papers against Josh Duggar soon.

"She will see a lawyer in the next few weeks to have divorce papers drawn up so she can rid herself of Josh," a source told the mag, which has been fairly accurate in its Duggar family reporting over the past year.

Many were surprised when Anna stayed with Josh after it was revealed that he cheated on her and had an addiction to pornography.

On the season premiere of "Counting On," Anna appeared upbeat, even happy when discussing the state of her marriage.

"Personally, I have a lot of hope for our marriage, and so as I see Josh taking steps to do what's right, it brings a lot of joy and helps heal the pain that we walked through," she told the camera. "We are just taking it one day at a time … and working on strengthening our relationship as a couple and with our children."

She said that she had to "cling" to her faith because "I know if I went off of what I was feeling, I would turn a mess into a disaster."

What changed Anna, the magazine said, were "new friends," who worried that she was being used as a tool by the Duggars to repair their disgraced son's image.

"They were horrified that she'd been persuaded to talk on-camera about Josh, and then wheeled out with the children, looking like everything was fine," a source said. "Hearing those outside views changed Anna incredibly."

The "new friends" have made a huge impression on Anna and she "agrees and feels angry that Josh has treated her so appallingly for so long," the source said.

The eldest Duggar is currently being sued by a DJ whose photos were used by Josh on the dating site OKCupid and the cheating website Ashley Madison.

There is a thought that more unsavory things and admissions may come about from the lawsuit.

Last August, Josh began attending a faith-based rehab after admitting to his philandering ways. A few months prior, it was revealed that he molested five girls as a teenager -- including two of his sisters.

"I have been the biggest hypocrite ever. While espousing faith and family values, I have secretly over the last several years been viewing pornography on the Internet and this became a secret addiction and I became unfaithful to my wife," he said in a lengthy statement on the Duggar family's website, a statement that was revised an hour after it was released.

"I am so ashamed of the double life that I have been living and am grieved for the hurt, pain and disgrace my sin has caused my wife and family, and most of all Jesus and all those who profess faith in Him. I brought hurt and a reproach to my family, close friends and the fans of our show with my actions that happened when I was 14-15 years old, and now I have re-broken their trust."

Around that same time, Daniel Keller, Anna's oldest brother, went on Facebook to vent about his brother-in-law, calling Josh a "pig."

"I have told her I would pay for her to move out here w me and pay for her kids," he wrote. "I don't think Josh will see that this is a big deal and truly be broken until that happens. I [bet] my life on the fact that Josh has not come to true brokenness yet."
