Lea Michele is commemorating those she's loved and lost with two new additions to her collection of body art.
The singer-actress took to Instagram on April 11 and April 12 to show off the tattoos she got in honor of her grandmother, who passed away earlier this week, and her late-great love Cory Monteith.
"I lost my beautiful grandma this week," Lea captioned a photo of her hand on April 11.
"She wasn't your typical grandma. She gave me my first cup of coffee when I was 8 years old," continued the actress, who had the outline of a steaming cup of coffee tattooed on the inside of her ring finger. "She said something inappropriate to every boyfriend I've ever had. She never made pie or knit me a sweater. But she was my grandma and I loved her... More than anything.. I love you Grandma. ❤️ @prospect_tattoos Bronx NY"
Lea returned to Instagram a few hours later to debut yet another new tattoo, a small 5 on an unidentified body part.
"And one more.. for my Quarterback.. #5 ❤️," she wrote in the caption.
Gleeks will remember, of course, that the late Cory Monteith -- who died of an overdose at age 31 on July 13, 2013 -- portrayed high school football quarterback Finn Hudson, whose jersey number was 5, on "Glee" from 2009 to 2013.
In the years since his death, Lea has frequently paid tribute to Cory on social media.
In May 2015, she took to Twitter to wish him a happy birthday.
"I know you're serenading everyone right now.. We love you Cory! Happy Birthday..❤️," she tweeted along with a photo of him playing drums.
And in July 2015, the "Scream Queens" star marked the second anniversary of Cory's death by posting a sweet shot of him flashing a winning grin while driving a car.
"I know you would want us all laughing and smiling today.. So we think of you and remember all the laughter and joy we shared together. I hold you in my heart always and love and miss you so... ❤️," she wrote in the caption.
Cory may be gone, but clearly he is not forgotten.
