Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx are 'very serious,' spent New Year's together
Three years and counting. Katie Holmes reportedly spent New Year's with her rumored boyfriend Jamie Foxx in Miami. A source tells Us Weekly the private couple stepped out for dinner on South Beach together on Dec. 30 before ringing in the new year at Soho House, where they were spotted "holding hands while walking near the pool." The insider noted that the pair, who have denied romance rumors since they first surfaced in 2013 and were rumored to have split at one point last year, are "very serious."

Rob Kardashian puts his home on the market
Rob Kardashian has put his new, four-bedroom home in Calabasas' gated Oaks neighborhood on the market less than a year after he bought it. TMZ sees the move as a sign he's looking to patch things up permanently with Blac Chyna, who appeared to have absconded with their baby, his Eggos and the house stash of barbecue sauce until it was revealed a hacker with a gold medla-worthy sense of humor had simply made it look on social media as if Chyna were leaving Rob with the aforementioned goodies. Anyway, the 4,256 square foot home near most of his sisters' houses is currently listed for $2.285 million — enough to keep the pair stocked with waffles and condiments for many years to come.

Sylvester Stallone was trained as a hairdresser
Donald Trump reportedly asked Sylvester Stallone to head the National Endowment for the Arts, but maybe Sly could do something with that orange comb over instead. While chatting with the "Rocky" actor's daughters — all of whom are slated to handle this year's Miss Golden Globe duties on Sunday — People learned Sly is quite the colorist. When Sistine, Scarlet and Sophia Stallone get their hair done by Michelle Pugh for the Golden Globes this weekend, they'll apparently be taking cues from their famous dad. "The girls and [their mom] Jennifer have told me Sly's father was a hairdresser — and they said he also trained to do it before becoming an actor," Michelle told People. "He colored Sistine and Sophia's hair blond when they were younger, and Scarlett had some lightening he had done on her a few months back. He is very much the stamp of approval on whether or not we've done a good job, on the girls and Jennifer. And I love that." Make the call, Donald!
Meek Mill shades Nicki Minaj after split
Ouch. After Nicki Minaj announced on Twitter that she'd broken up with Meek Mill this week, Meek shared a nearly imperceptible Nicki dis with his followers on Instagram. "If you walk out," he captioned a photo of one of the white sneakers Nicki and Ciara wore in the video for their song "I'm out, "don't wear these they wack…." According to Us Weekly, it didn't take fans long to do the math on the reference. The post, which has since been deleted, came on the heels of a tweet from Nicki that read, "To confirm, yes I am single. Focusing on my work & looking forward to sharing it with you guys really soon. Have a blessed New Year. Love u."
Ed Sheeran dodges questions about Princess Beatrice's sword
What happens at the end of Princess Beatrice's sword, stays at the end of Princess Beatrice's sword. That's the vibe Ed Sheeran gave a host on BBC 1 Radio this week when he tried to coax the singer to talk about the time the princess' party trick — in which she was pretending to knight James Blunt — went wrong and left Ed, who was standing a wee bit too close to the sword, with a scar on his face. "Yeah… there's… I don't know if I can talk about that, you know," said Ed nervously, according to the Daily Mail. "What, the sword?" asked the host. "You have mentioned it, haven't you?" Ed said he hadn't … exactly. "Not fully, no. I have mentioned the cut," he said. When the host looked at Ed's scar, the singer asked, "Do you like it? I think it's quite rugged." The host prodded on: "But there may have been a princess involved, that's all you said. No, you didn't even say that, you said there was a scar and everyone's jumping to conclusions." Finally, Ed won the back-and-forth. "Yeah, I've been telling people it was James Blunt trying to get the pop career back," he began. "He actually told me to say that — I'm not being mean." Whatever you say, bro.
Jude Law loves fatherhood but says 'it's emotional and exhausting'
Social media's been having a field day with memes about Jude Law's new HBO series, "The Young Pope" ("i'm a bitch / i'm a lover / i'm the pope / only younger" only just begins to scratch the surface) so it's fitting Jude's new Modern Luxury interview centers around the actor's own experience with aging. For starters, he acknowledges the role his looks played in getting him gigs when he first started out. "I think for me, personally, for a few years I felt I was doing some really good work as a young actor, and it seemed people just wanted to talk about what I look like, as opposed to the work I was doing," he says (via Celebitchy). "I guess, you get into [your] mid-40s, as a man anyway, they don't want to seem to emphasize that quite as much. Or maybe the emphasis isn't there anymore because there are other young, good-looking types coming along, and they're probably more interesting to write about. I love how age has such an influence on the job I do. The career you're having as a 40-year-old actor is completely different than you have as a 20-year-old actor. … I could never have played [the pope] Lenny when I was 25 because there's a certain amount of experience he has that a 45-year-old has that a 25-year-old doesn't have." Jude also opens up about watching his kids grow up. "I love being a dad. It's emotional and exhausting," says the father of five. "But it's also wonderful…. Teenagers are going through such a hellish time, and the people they love the most, they're going to get it in the neck. It's like a rite of passage. When they come out of it — hopefully unscathed, a little wiser — and they return to the fold and sort of realize you're not the ogre they thought you were, it's a beautiful thing." "The Young Pope" premieres on HBO on Jan. 15.
Vivica A. Fox ends feud with 50 Cent
Last year, "Power" producer 50 Cent claimed "Empire" had taken a hit in ratings because of a plotline about a gay character. Fiddy's ex-girlfriend Vivica A. Fox later questioned the rapper's own sexuality, suggesting the "pot [could be] calling the kettle black." A feud took off from there. Now, Vivica's making moves to end it. The actress bumped into Fiddy at a Knicks game recently, she told Wendy Williams this week, and recounted having put a stop to the fighting. "I walked to him and I said, 'Happy New Year.' It is so time for this to be over with, as far as beefing back and forth," Vivica recalled, according to E! News. "Someone has to be the bigger person. I walked over to him. We sat down. I gave him a hug, we talked for a few minutes and that was that."
Did Ben Affleck meet someone new?
Since he moved in with his ex, Jennifer Garner, to help co-parent their kids, Ben Affleck's female companions appear to have mostly been Jen and their daughters. But the Daily Mail noticed he stepped out with "a mystery blonde" for sushi and some book shopping this week and tagged it as a date. If that's what it was, the "date" was news to the woman; GossipCop reports the woman is "a family friend."
Emma Roberts steps out without her engagement ring
Time to play "Wears is Emma Roberts' Engagement Ring?" yet again. After years of on-off dating and one called off engagement, Emma and Evan Peters seem to be back on these days. They spent time together over the holidays and shared some cute moments on Instagram, they were all smiles during a shopping trip in December and Emma's massive rock has mostly been shining happily off her left ring finger. The Daily Mail, however, reports she left home without it this week, sparking curiosity about whether the pair could have split. Meh, she was reportedly out and about with her "Scream Queens" co-star Lea Michele when the ring was off. Maybe it's cleaning all that fake blood off 3-carat diamonds is less fun than it sounds.
Jenelle Evans' ex gets supervised visitation with their son
Jenelle Evans has had legal custody of Kaiser, the 2-year-old son she shares with her ex, Nathan Griffith, since last May. This week, a judge reportedly found in her favor again regarding Nathan's custody requests. Going forward, Nathan will only be allowed to have supervised visitation with Kaiser, according to the Stir. The decision is likely tied to Nathan's history of domestic violence charges connected to his current girlfriend.
