Back in treatment
Amanda Bynes is back in a California mental health treatment center. The retired actress has actually been in inpatient care since early July. The former Nickelodeon child star checked herself into an intensive inpatient facility in Orange County, California, just a week after she checked out of a Los Angeles treatment center. According to TMZ, after a difficult year marked by psychiatric episodes, Amanda felt that she needed inpatient help and wasn't ready to live by herself at her L.A. apartment. The troubled "former "Hairspray" alum is in residential treatment getting 24/7 care, and she also takes part in daily therapy sessions and activities. She reportedly likes being around a medical team, therapists and other patients.

No fond farewell
Britney Spears won't be seeing off her two children — teen sons Jayden James and Sean Preston — when they move to Hawaii this week with their father, Kevin Federline, and his wife, Victoria Prince. The pop star has not seen her boys in more than a year, and they aren't interested in meeting up now, TMZ reports. Kevin reportedly encouraged the boys to visit their mother but wasn't going to force the issue. Ultimately, he allowed the boys to make the decision for themselves — and they passed. The "Toxic" singer reportedly didn't fight her sons' decision.
Zachery Ty Bryan found himself in familiar territory over the weekend: behind bars for alleged domestic abuse. The "Home Improvement" actor was arrested for felony assault on Friday, July 28. TMZ reported the arrest violated the Abuse Prevention Act, which occurs when someone is accused of attacking somebody else who'd previously been granted a restraining order in relation to domestic violence. According to the webloid, cops received a call about the alleged abuse, but Zachery had fled the home by the time they arrived. They soon tracked him down and took him to jail.
Zachery has a long history of trouble with the law: He was arrested in 2020 for felony strangulation after a fight with his girlfriend. He ended up pleading guilty to lesser charges. Earlier this year, he said the whole thing was "blown out of proportion." At the time of the 2020 incident, Zachery was married to someone else but having an affair with current girlfriend Johnnie Faye Cartwright. The troubled child star said Johnnie was upset over his "double life." Zachery and his wife later divorced. Police didn't identify the victim in the most recent situation, but it appears that it was Johnnie.
Teresa Giudice has reignited her feud with Sofia Vergara… a feud that seems to be fairly one-sided. The "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star called the "Modern Family" actress the "rudest" celebrity she's ever met during the latest episode of her "Namaste B$tches" podcast. Some of Teresa's ire seems to stem from Sofia not knowing who the reality TV star was. Back in 2017, Sofia was reluctant to snap a pic with Teresa at a talk show. "Sofia Vergara's PR person and my PR person spoke together, and I guess the two of them said, 'Let's get a picture of Teresa and Sofia together,'" Teresa recalled. "I didn't want a picture with her. I've never asked to take a picture with anybody. [She's] the rudest woman I've ever met." In describing the interaction, Teresa seemed to mock Sofia's Colombian accent and said she should be "nice" because she's an "immigrant." "I saw her whole demeanor, and then I heard her say to her PR person, 'Why are you making me take a picture with that lady?' I was like, 'Excuse me? I did not want to take a picture with you! I never asked to take a picture with you,'" Teresa claimed. "I was like, 'How rude. You're so not a humble person. You forgot where you came from.'"
Lip Syncing accusation
Is Cardi B a modern-day Milli Vanilli? On July 29, the rapper was performing at a Las Vegas pool party when she stopped mid-show after a fan threw a drink on her. Cardi responded by hurling her microphone at the fan. Amid the altercation, Cardi's voice could still be heard singing — even though she wasn't holding the mic anymore. "Anyone gonna talk about the fact that the vocal recording kept going?" one fan asked on social media, implying that Cardi had been lip-syncing.
Milli Vanilli famously got caught lip-syncing back in 1990. It later turned out that they never actually sang their own songs. Cardi's situation is a little different: She does actually sing. It's also very common for performers — especially rappers — to perform with backing tracks. Additionally, Cardi's "performance" was actually more of an "appearance" than a concert. Girl, you know it's true that Cardi actually sings!
The long-standing friendship between the Beckhams and the Sussexes is reportedly on life support. DailyMail.com reported that David Beckham and Victoria Beckham have been accused of leaking stories about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. According to the report, the couples had a phone call and David was "absolutely bloody furious" when he the accusation was brought up. "Any making up now is so unlikely," an insider claimed. The couples were fiercely close for years, and David and Victoria were "very supportive" of Meghan's move to the U.K. But those are distant memories now as the former "Suits" star has started leaning on a new friend: Victoria Jackson, a cosmetics magnate who's the couple's neighbor in Montecito, California. "Victoria [Jackson] is a dynamic force. She's someone who built a business but has also overcome adversity in her private life," a second source said. "She and Meghan bond on many levels. They are extremely close, they adore each other."
