Joshua and Anna Duggar have announced the name they've chosen for their first child: Mackynzie Renée. The baby is due on Oct. 20.

"We are really excited about all of it," Josh told People magazine. "We're going to have a little person that is ours to raise up. That is a real blessing."

Of course, Josh Duggar is no stranger to having little people underfoot. He's perhaps best known to viewers of TLC's "18 Kids and Counting" as the eldest child of Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar who -- with their brood of 18 children -- make Octo-mom seem like kind of a slouch.

"I am really enjoying the reality show," says Anna, who is now a regular on the series. "It has been neat because they are doing such a great job of documenting our lives right now. We focus on pleasing the Lord, and trying to be who we really are. That's what's important."

In choosing the name Mackynzie, Anna and Josh have broken from one Duggar tradition: giving all mini-Duggars "J" names. (Joshua, John-David, Jessa, Jinger, you get the idea.) According to Star magazine the new baby's "M" name is in homage to Michelle, the Duggar family matriarch.
