Nominations for the 2013 People's Choice Awards -- the only major awards show where fans determine the nominees and winners -- were announced Tuesday, with Channing Tatum and Katy Perry leading the pack with multiple noms.

On hand at the Paley Center for Media in Beverly Hills to announce the top vote-getters in each category were some of this year's presenters, including "2 Broke Girls" star Beth Behrs, "Hart of Dixie" star Rachel Bilson, "Mom" star Allison Janney, R&B singer Ciara and Darren Criss of "Glee."

Perry picked up nominations for Favorite Music Video for "Roar," Favorite Music Fan Following, Favorite Song for "Roar," Favorite Pop Artist and Favorite Female Artist, while Spears got nods for Favorite Music Fan Following, Favorite Pop Artist and Favorite Female Artist.

Tatum was nominated for Favorite Movie Actor, Favorite Action Movie Star and Favorite Dramatic Movie Actor.

The Favorite Movie nominees for this year are "Despicable Me 2," "Fast & Furious 6," "Iron Man 3," "Monsters University" and "Star Trek Into Darkness."

The Favorite Network TV Drama nominees are "Chicago Fire," "The Good Wife," "Grey's Anatomy," "Nashville" and "Parenthood," while the Favorite Network TV Comedy choices are "2 Broke Girls," "The Big Bang Theory," "Glee," "How I Met Your Mother" and "Modern Family."

People's Choice Awards executive producer Mark Burnett also announced on Tuesday that for the first time, there would be two hosts for this year's show. The hosts are "2 Broke Girls" star Kat Dennings and Beth Behrs.

New fan-chosen categories created this year were: Favorite Movie Duo, Favorite Alternative Artist, Favorite Country Music Icon, Favorite On-Screen Chemistry, Favorite Sci/Fi Fantasy Star, Favorite Streaming Series and Favorite TV Movie/Miniseries.

The 40th annual People's Choice Awards will air live from the Nokia Theater L.A. Live on Wednesday, Jan 8 at 9 p.m. EST.
