Patti Stanger has met some interesting characters on The Millionaire Matchmaker, and the two men who appear in the Jan. 17 episode are no exception. The reality star, 51, stopped by Us Weekly's New York City offices Jan. 11 to talk about the sixth season of her Bravo hit.

The first client Stanger works with is a plastic surgeon named Dr. Alex Simpolous. "He likes to genetically alter his mate," the love guru said. "They come to him for plastic surgery and sometimes he falls in love with a patient -- that's a no-no, by the way."

"What he likes is not really Barbie doll," Stanger added. "It's more crazy doll!"

Stanger is also hired by Steve Lobel, a hip-hop music producer. "He wears baggy jeans, underwear sticking out, lots of chains -- but the problem is, he's white!" she explained. "He's no Eminem, let's put it that way."

The Become Your Own Matchmaker: 8 Easy Steps for Attracting Your Perfect Mate author eventually decided to give Lobel a makeover. "The hip-hop thing doesn't really work in suburbia," Stanger explained.

The rest of the season is equally "crack crazy," Stanger told Us. Though some of her clients get "douchier and douchier," she's also met some earnest people -- like Denise Richards' father, widower Irv.

To see what else is in store this season, watch the video above now, and tune in for The Millionaire Matchmaker Thursdays at 9 p.m. EST on Bravo.
