What's mine is mine.
A judge has upheld Kelly Clarkson's prenuptial agreement in full, TMZ reported, claiming the contract, signed before she and Brandon Blackstock got hitched, segregates all assets and income derived during their marriage.

Kelly was by far the breadwinner in the marriage.
Because of the prenup and the ruling, Kelly gets the majority of the former couple's assets, including the Montana ranch where Brandon is currently living. Since Kelly purchased the ranch, she now has the right to sell it.
Brandon was, of course, hoping for a different outcome, as he was arguing that the their properties should be split, along with income she earned during their marriage. Kelly's lawyer, though, argued that there should be "accountability" when someone enters into any kind of agreement.
TMZ said Kelly was actually on the set of "The Voice" when she got word that of the judge's ruling and she proceeded to celebrate.

It's believed that Kelly and Brandon's divorce will go final in the coming days.
The split between the two has been rather nasty, and she's still on the hook for a chunk of money. Last month a judge ordered her to pay her ex more than $200,000 in spousal support, as well as about $61,000 in child support for their two children.
On Aug. 11, The Blast reported that Kelly wants her maiden name back.
