Kacey Musgraves and ex reach divorce settlement

Although she only filed for divorce in July, Kacey Musgraves and her ex have almost completely dotted the i's and crossed the t's in their legal split.

TMZ reports that they've finalized the terms of their divorce, and it's now only left up to a judge to formally sign the divorce decree.

The split between the country superstar and singer-songwriter Ruston Kelly has gone very smoothly. The former couple is putting their marital home on the market. When it sells, Kacey gets 84.4 percent of the proceeds, while Ruston gets the rest.

The duo had a prenuptial agreement in place when they wed, and they both agreed that it's valid, so there has been little-to-no bickering about splitting property.

When Kacey filed for divorce on July 3, the duo released a joint statement that said they're on the same page.

"We believe that we were put into each other's lives for a divine reason and have both changed each other infinitely for the better," the statement read. "The love we have for each other goes far beyond the relationship we've shared as husband and wife. It's a soul connection that can never be erased."

"We've made this painful decision together — a healthy decision that comes after a very long period of trying the best we can. It simply just didn't work," the statement continued. "Though we are parting ways in marriage, we will remain true friends for the rest of our lives. We hold no blame, anger, or contempt for each other and we ask for privacy and positive wishes for us both as we learn how to navigate through this."

Proving that there are no hard feelings, Ruston even publicly wished Kacey happy birthday last month.

"Anyone who knows your heart, your kindness, your humor and compassion… are made better people by it," he wrote on Instagram alongside a black-and-white picture of the "Rainbow" singer. "I got your back."

Decision made on Chadwick Boseman's $2.3 million estate

Chadwick Boseman's estate will be evenly split between his widow and his parents, according to a new report.

The "Black Panther" star left behind $2.3 million when he passed unexpectedly in 2020. Black Enterprise says Taylor Simone Ledward, 31, and her in-laws, Leroy and Carolyn, will each get $1.15 million from the estate.

Taylor, who has been with Chadwick since 2016, has been in charge of settling the estate, and she reportedly wanted it split evenly.

Chadwick, who passed at the age of 43 after a private battle with progressing colon cancer, did not have a will. Prior to paying various funeral and legal fees, the estate was estimated to be worth nearly $3.9 million.

Chadwick and Taylor, 31, secretly married about a year prior to his death. The widow accepted her late husband's Golden Globe award in 2021.

"He would thank God. He would thank his parents. He would thank his ancestors for their guidance and their sacrifices," she said. "He would say something beautiful, something inspiring, something that would amplify that little voice inside of all of us that tells you, 'You can,' that tells you to keep going, that calls you back to what you are meant to be doing at this moment in history."

Kid comment

Chris Pratt finally reacts to backlash over infamous 'healthy' kid comment

Chris Pratt admits he "cried" after the Internet turned on him over comments made last year about his "healthy" daughter.

Last November, the "Guardians of the Galaxy" star took to Instagram to gush about his wife, Katherine Schwarzenegger. In chatting with Men's Health, he recalled, "I said something [on Instagram], like, 'Find someone who looks at you the way my wife looks at me.' And then I gave her some s*** in the thing and said, 'But I love you. I'm so thankful for my wife — she gave me a beautiful, healthy daughter.'"

Social media users unleashed, as many felt that Chris ignored the fact that he has a son, Jack, with ex-wife Anna Faris (Jack was born premature). Many of those people assumed the actor's message was also a dig at Anna.

Of the criticism, Chris said, "That is [messed] up. My son's gonna read that one day. He's 9. And it's etched in digital stone. It really f***** bothered me, dude. I cried about it."

Chris now shares daughters Layla, 1, and Eloise, 1 month, with Katherine.

The "Jurassic World" star said he was able to move past the controversy because Twitter backlash is not "real." But, he says, Jack "doesn't know that yet."

After Jack was born in 2012, the little one spent seven weeks in the NICU.

In a May 2021 interview with People magazine, Anna, who split with Chris in 2017, said, "The first years were filled with doctor's appointments, five surgeries, physical therapy, a lot of laughter. Jack was and is the most adorable cutest thing I could ever have imagined."

Healthy reveal

Zachary Levi reveals he was sent to psych ward after mental breakdown

After struggling with mental health and having suicidal thoughts, Zachary Levi revealed he once had a "complete mental breakdown" that sent him to a psychiatric ward five years ago.

Michael Buckner/Variety/Shutterstock

The actor candidly spoke about his three-week stay at the ward, telling Elizabeth Vargas on her "Heart of the Matter" podcast, "I've struggled with this stuff most of my life. I didn't realize that I was struggling with these things until I was 37, about five years ago, and I had a complete mental breakdown."

The "Shazam!" star, 41, said he had an imperfect upbringing, claiming there was vitriol" and "lots of yelling" in his household. He turned to "sex or drugs or booze" to distract himself.

"The irony is that booze can give you this temporary relief, but then the next day amplifies that anxiety tenfold," he said in the interview obtained by the Hollywood Reporter. "So, then you're running back to get more, and it just becomes this vicious cycle."

Rob Latour/Shutterstock

Over time, his anxiety got worse, have he even have panic attacks over something as simple as where to eat.

"I'm sitting in my truck, and vividly, I remember I was holding onto the wheel, and I was just shaking back and forth, that like almost trying to shake myself out of what was going on, and I'm just weeping. I'm just crying. I'm like, 'God, help me,'" he recalled.

After having suicidal thoughts, he went to the emergency room, which led to the psych ward.

"The lies are whispering into my ear, and the failure that I felt that I was enough to be like, 'Zach, it doesn't feel like you're going to make it out of this,'" he said.

The psychiatric ward saved his life.

"I think one of the most important things, at least for me, is taking my thoughts captive," he said. "Our minds are so powerful, but they are so easily, so easily hijacked if we don't really go, 'Oh, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. I'm doing it again. I'm starting to speak ill of myself again. I'm starting to be harsh or critical of myself. I'm starting to judge where I'm at in my life.'"

Big donation

David Spade donates $5k to viral Burger King worker

David Spade was feeling charbroiled after watching the viral video of a Burger King employee get nothing more than a goodie bag of candy as recognition for 27 years of work without ever missing a day.

Throughout the week, a video made the rounds that showed a man named Kevin Ford receiving a less-than-satisfactory gift to commemorate his dedication and loyalty to his employer. The bag included a movie ticket, pens, a lanyard and some candy.

As the video went viral, Kevin's daughter started a GoFundMe and spoke of her father's work ethic and life story. Fans quickly contributed small amounts to the fund, which added up quickly. After David saw the video, he donated $5,000 to the fund, easily the page's largest contribution.

The "Tommy Boy" star also had a conversation with Kevin on Instagram. "Keep up the good work. 27 years," David wrote. Kevin was stunned and thanked the actor profusely, even joking that he might take a day off now. David replied, "Wait til year 30."

The GoFundMe has now eclipsed $50,000, largely through $10 and $20 donations. Many people have left supportive messages to Kevin, claiming Burger King did him wrong. However, in a chat with TMZ, Kevin — who works at the Burger King inside the Las Vegas airport — doesn't technically work for the fast food giant, but rather HMS Host, the company from which Burger King hires.

"All the love that people are giving me is just so, so overwhelming. I just want to thank everyone so, so much," he told TMZ in an emotional video. "I'm grateful for anything. I don't want to say I want this or that. All I want is to go to work and have fun and make everyone's life better like they're doing to me."

With he money raised from GoFundMe, Kevin plans to visit his daughters and grandkids in Texas and maybe buy a Ford hybrid.

Al Pacino addresses 'Shrek' phone case that went viral

Finally Al Pacino is chatting about the case… his phone case.

"My daughter gave me that," he said on "Today" this week. "My youngest daughter put that on my phone."

Chelsea Lauren/Shutterstock

The "Heat" star went viral back in April after a group photo including Al was posted to Instagram. Fans, though, couldn't take their eyes off of Al's cell phone case, which was covered with pictures of "Shrek."

As social media was having a field day with the revelation, DreamWorks Animation got in on the fun, tweeting, "Real recognize real." DreamWorks also included a picture of Shrek holding a phone case adorned with Al faces.

"You can't make this up, Al Pacino is literally the perfect man to exist and he likes Shrek," one person commented on Twitter after seeing the phone case. Another fan wrote, "THIS IS THE SINGLE GREATEST THING THAT HAS EVER HAPPENED TO ME."

One intrepid Twitter user reached out to Al's 21-year-old daughter Olivia to find out if "Shrek" was the face on the case.

"There's a bunch of people (including me) going crazy on twitter because they saw a picture of al in which it seems he has a shrek phone case," the user said. "Is that possible? because that would be iconic lmao anyway have a nice day."

Olivia confirmed that it was, indeed, a "Shrek" phone case.

Funny enough, Twitter noticed the case before Al did!

"I didn't even look at it until social media told me what was on my phone," "The Godfather" actor said on "Today." "And I took a look and said, 'Oh, that's 'Shrek.'"

Asked if he will keep using the case, the acting icon didn't miss a beat, saying, "Of course, it was a gift!"

Costume planning

Heidi Klum has already started preparing her Halloween costume

They call her the "Queen of Halloween" for a reason.

On Thursday, June 22, Heidi Klum revealed that she's not only planned out her Halloween costume four months in advance, she's already preparing it.

Matt Baron/Shutterstock

The supermodel posted a time-lapse video showing her donning a bikini top in a chair, all while her body was being scanned.

"…..and so it begins," she wrote on Instagram alongside a slew of Halloween emojis. She also added the hashtag, "Heidi Halloween 2022."

The "America's Got Talent" judge's Halloween costumes and parties are quite legendary, as they've been held in Los Angeles, Las Vegas and New York City in the past. She's always very tightlipped about her elaborate costumes until they are revealed on Halloween.

Due to COVID, Heidi's last two parties have been canceled, but she's clearly planning to bring her spooky celebrations back this October.

Over the past decade, Heidi has morphed into an alien with an exposed brain, Princess Fiona from "Shreck," the werewolf from Michael Jackson's "Thriller" music video, an elderly woman and a "visible woman."

Halloween is something she thinks about all year.

"I start thinking about it on November 1. I usually have two or three ideas that I'm playing with and then I decide on one thing," Klum told MailOnline in 2019. "So the next morning, I start thinking, 'Maybe next year, I'm going to do that one that I didn't do this year.' And then, obviously, throughout the year new ideas pop up because maybe I've seen a new or old movie, or was inspired by my travels."

Search party

Kourtney Kardashian reveals her kid's 'scary' Google search

Google knows all.

It seems that one of Kourtney Kardashian's children headed to the Internet in search of a fright this week. On Tuesday, June 21, the reality TV star took to social media to reveal the search history on her computer. It seems that one of her children was interested in the "worlds [sic] scariest picture."

Matt Baron/Shutterstock

"Things being searched on my computer," she wrote alongside the snap, which was posted to her Instagram Story. She then insisted that she knew who the laptop perpetrator was. "I know exactly which kid it is," she said.

Still, Kourtney, who shares her three children with ex Scott Disick, made no mention of whether she suspects Mason, 12, Penelope, 9, and Reign, 7, of the query.

The results of the search, according to a Page Six screenshot, showed, among other things, several scary movie characters.

If all goes according to her plan, Kourtney will have another child to monitor in the future, as she and new husband Travis Barker are trying to add to their brood. "Travis and I want to have a baby," she said on "The Kardashians" current season.

In speaking of her fertility struggles in a chat with Entertainment Tonight, she added, "I mean, it's a beautiful thing that we'd love to have happen, but, you know, the journey is a bit hard for any woman who went on it."

"I think that's one of the great things about rap music is that you could put so much of your life in it," he said. "It's therapeutic and that's how it's always been for me."

Fans know that Eminem pours his heart into his music and isn't afraid to get personal. Throughout his career, the "Lose Yourself" rapper has spoken out his children, his tortured upbringing and his turbulent marriage with ex-wife Kim Scott.

He also opened up about his addiction to prescription pills in his album "Recovery." In a 2015 interview with Men's Health he also chatted about his pill-fueled lifestyle.

"In 2007, I overdosed on pills, and I went into the hospital," he said. "I was close to 230 pounds. I'm not sure how I got so big, but I have ideas. The coating on the Vicodin and the Valium I'd been taking for years leaves a hole in your stomach, so to avoid a stomach ache, I was constantly eating and eating badly."

Eminem has now been sober for 14 years.

Terrifying

Casey Affleck's girlfriend wakes up to burglar in her bedroom

Casey Affleck's girlfriend, Caylee Cowan, was awaken in the middle of the night to a burglar standing over her, according to reports.

Caylee, 24, was alone in her Los Angeles home at 3 a.m. on Tuesday, June 21, when she opened her eyes and saw a man near her.

Matt Baron/Shutterstock

The "Sunrise in Heaven" star quickly screamed, which scared off the intruder. Caylee then called 911 and gave the dispatcher a description of the man. Police quickly located the suspect running down the street and arrested him. He was booked into jail on a burglary charge.

TMZ said the intruder rifled through Caylee's belongings before making his way to her room. Casey, 46, was not present at the time of the break-in.

It's unclear how the intruder got into the home, as there was no signs of forced entry. Caylee was physically unharmed.

The little-known actress and Oscar winning actor were first linked in November 2021, but they went official with their romance in January with a gushing post by Casey.

"A year ago, we met.  A few months ago, I got smart.  Thank God, it wasn't too late," he said. "On our first date, you carried firewood up, built a fire, and gave me a low eyelid look that was so strong I had to take a knee for a minute."

In the lengthy tribute, he added, "My girl, you make me a better man every day.  You could push me and you could drag me and you could carry me, but instead you just walk with me and talk with me and make me laugh.  You are a deep and tender woman with more girlfriend geem than anyone I ever met.I don't know what I did to deserve you, but I am determined to figure it out and keep doing it forever."
