Rob Kardashian scored a massive win this week after purchasing a case of football cards that contained an incredibly rare Tom Brady card that's valued at upwards of $250,000.
The Tom Brady MVP Nebula parallel card is the only one like it in the world. It's one of one. And no, Rob, who's a huge sports card collector, didn't know that his purchase contained that valuable card until after the packages were opened.
According to TMZ, Rob purchased a case of 2020 Panini Mosaic Choice (hobby) cards from The Bullpen in Los Angeles. A case, which typically costs around $10,000, comes with 20 boxes.
While Rob phoned in the order, he allowed the guys at the store to open the packages of cards on his behalf. The guys even live-streamed it on Instagram, and they were beside themselves with glee when the Tom Brady card showed up.
"That's one of the biggest cards I've pulled in my life," one man screamed.
The card, according to experts, is worth anywhere from $50,000 to $250,000, depending on the quality. Since the card was pulled directly from the packages and immediately placed into a protective case, it's expected to be valued on the high end of that spectrum.
Rob's haul also included other highly collectable cards worth several thousand dollars each.
"Rob crushed it," one expert told TMZ.
It's unclear if Rob plans to sell the cards or keep them as a part of his collection.
