Simon Cowell reveals how much weight he's lost since dieting

Over the last year, Simon Cowell has completely transformed his body and his lifestyle.

During a recent chat with "Extra," the "America's Got Talent" judge opened up about maintaining a healthy lifestyle while quarantining and detailed how much weight he's lost.

"I think I have dropped, since I started this diet a year ago, 60 pounds," he said.

Simon, 60, said in April 2019 that he switched up his diet after his "embarrassing" late night fall in October 2017, which he acknowledged was due to low blood pressure. He later revealed that he had gone vegan and cut out wheat, sugar and melon from his diet. He also cut back on smoking.

He hasn't looked back since — not even during these difficult times.

"I'm doing a bit of cooking," he said of quarantining with his partner, Lauren Silverman, and their son, Eric. "I'm exercising. Funny enough, more during this time as well, sticking to the diet. The only difficult thing is when Eric orders a pizza… That's the number one thing I miss."

Still, despite the occasional pizza temptation, quarantining is going rather well for Simon and his family.

"I was concerned how [Eric] was going to cope with all of this. He has been absolutely amazing," Simon said. "He is still able to do schoolwork, and now we are camping on the weekends in the garden."

Basically, Simon is staying busy — which he feels is important during the pandemic.

"Most importantly, occupy your mind," he said. "You have to stick to a routine. Fortunately, with things like with Zoom, you stay in touch with the world, keep motivated, come up with ideas… I never get this time, normally."

Christina Haack and Ant Anstead come to child support agreement

Former couple Christina Haack and Ant Anstead are on the same page in regard to their 2-year-old son, Hudson London.

The Blast said the two waived the right to collect spousal and child support from one another and will share joint custody of their tot.

Court documents show that the parents will share the responsibility of making decisions regarding his "health, education, welfare, and religion." The also agreed to a 50/50 split of their son. While Hudson is in the individual parent's custody, they will be responsible for "child-care expenses," and they've agree to split any costs for medical or dental issues including insurance.

In addition, the couple said they will "terminate now and forever" spousal support. This might not be a surprise, as The Blast says it appears that Christina and Ant agreed to keep their finances separate from the beginning and may have even signed a prenuptial agreement.

Per the settlement, the "Flip or Flop" star will keep her Bentley and a Range Rover, and she's also keeping her home in Newport Beach, Calif., a house in Palm Springs, a mountain cabin, and a property in Franklin, Tennessee. Ant gets his current property in Costa Mesa, Calif., and his expensive vintage cars.

Christina and Ant  announced their split last September.

"I never thought I would have one divorce let alone two," she said on Instagram at the time. "I never thought I would have 2 baby daddies – but sometimes life throws us curve balls. Instead of getting stuck in these 'setbacks' I choose to look at these challenges as opportunities to grow. So while some may judge me and throw around rumors about me, most of you support me. And that says a lot about this world and where we are headed."

Ant, meanwhile, hinted that Christina ultimately pulled the plug on the marriage.

"Anyone who really knows me knows that I don't like to share private matters publicly," the "Wheeler Dealers" host said. "I have remained silent while holding on to hope. I never gave up on us. I pray Christina's decision brings her happiness."

Love and money

How Paris Hilton's love life changed her goal of becoming a billionaire

A funny thing happened while Paris Hilton was moving toward "billionaire" status — she fell in love and money was no longer motivating her.

MediaPunch/Shutterstock

Just two years ago, while filming her "This Is Paris" documentary for YouTube, the heiress spoke of her desire to become a billionaire via her expanding empire of business endeavors… Then Carter Reum entered her life and everything changed.

"[Becoming a billionaire] was such a goal of mine before because I wasn't happy in my personal life," she said on the new "Just for Variety" podcast. "And also just going through what I went through, I always saw money as freedom and independence, and not being controlled. And I think that's why I just had that as my focus in life."

She added, "And now that I am so incredibly happy and in love in my personal life I'm not really interested in billions anymore. I'm more interested in babies."

Paris and Carter are now engaged and preparing to get married. The wedding planning process will be chronicled in a new series on Peacock entitled "Paris in Love."

The 40-year-old has come a long way in her life, as she initially began getting media attention in the aughts for being a socialite and an heiress to the Hilton fortune. You could argue that she was the first person to be "famous for being famous." But, she detailed in the "This Is Paris" documentary that her life wasn't as glamorous as it appeared, even claiming she was mentally and physically abused at a Utah boarding school when she was a teenager. She's now an activist for legislation to regulate boarding schools.

She also alleged that at least four ex-boyfriends abused her in the past. She didn't name the culprits and none of them have reached out.

"I've changed my number so many times that they can't get a hold of me, but I have had their friends reach out to me because they're all nervous that I'm going to say their names. I think people are very nervous that they'll be exposed," she said this week. "Maybe I will one day, but I'm not ready yet."

Now that Paris is in a good place in her life, she can reflect on past romances and friendships and see them for what they actually may have been all along.

"I'm sick of people using me. I'm just not going to have negative people in my life anymore," she said. "I've wasted too much time having bad people in my life who were only trying to use me."

Salma Hayek gets real about why her boobs keep growing

Salma Hayek needs to get something off her chest: No, she hasn't gotten a boob job.

While appearing on "Red Table Talk," the actress spoke about the breast augmentation speculation while also acknowledging that her chest has grown over the years. So, why have her boobs gotten bigger? Chalk this one up to the unexpected side effects of menopause.

Denis Makarenko/Shutterstock

"The boobs grow, a lot," she said. "For some women they get smaller, but there are some women that when you gain weight, your boobs grow. Other women, when you have children and you breast feed your boobs grow and they don't go back down and in some cases, when you are in menopause, they grow again."

Salma said "it happened in every single step" for her.

In addressing the people who think she got a breast augmentation, the 54-year-old plainly says, "I don't blame them, my boobs were smaller."

She quipped, "So was the rest of my body. But they just have kept growing. Many many sizes."

As if often the case, the "Frida" star noted that she's been having medical issues because of her chest size.

"My back has been really suffering from it," she said. "Not a lot of people talk about this."

Salma's boobs could soon be the talk of the town, as she's developing a new comedy series for HBO Max titled "A Boob's Life." Based off the novel "A Boob's Life: How America's Obsession Shaped Me…and You." The series centers on a 40-year-old woman who's life gets turned upside down when her boobs start talking to her.

"We are so appreciative that HBO Max was insightful and bold enough to develop this show with us," Salma said in a statement in February. "In 'A Boob's Life,' we use breasts as a metaphor for the constant judgement women are submitted to, creating a collective sensation that no matter what we do we are never enough. In this show, we give the breast a voice that takes us through the life of a woman from a unique perspective that often we don't dare to see."

Kevin Hart named most 'foul-mouthed celebrity' on Twitter

Kevin Hart's got quite the potty mouth… digitally speaking.

Broadimage/Shutterstock

Recently, a humorous study out of the United Kingdom named the comedian the most "foul-mouthed celebrity" on Twitter, narrowly edging out former "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Brandi Glanville for the, well, honor.

The study, done by MrQ, examined the most recent 3,200 tweets from a gaggle of celebrities. MrQ used 10 fairly common vulgar words as its baseline, including variants. After the study, it found that the "Jumanji" actor used 954 swear words in his last 3,200 tweets, meaning he used vulgarity in nearly a third of his messages.

For the record, Kevin dropped the f-bomb 441 times, whereas Brandi used it 407 times. By a long shot, the f-bomb was the most popular curse word used by Hollywood.

Broadimage/REX/Shutterstock

"When it comes to the words our sweary celebs are using the most on Twitter, the top ten reads like the cubicle walls of a pub toilet," MrQ said.

The famous face who came in third place was 50 Cent.

While some of the top 50 names won't be shocking— looking at you, Cardi B, Seth Rogen, Kelly Osbourne and Khloe Kardashian — others might come as a surprise. Chris Pratt, who is apart of the Disney and Marvel universe, comes in at No. 50. with 96 curse words. Zendaya, meanwhile, has more of a social media potty mouth than Drake and Macaulay Culkin. Who knew!

For some celebrities, keeping it clean is just not an option.

Last words?

Emergency worker reveals Princess Diana's alleged last words…

"Oh my God, what's happened?"

Those were supposedly the final words Princess Diana ever said, according to a fire chief who at the scene of her fatal car crash in Paris in 1997.

Tim Rooke/Shutterstock

For the first time ever, Sgt. Xavier Gourmelon is speaking to media about what he saw and heard that fateful evening, claiming Diana was in a full-fledged state of confusion after the Mercedes she was riding in crashed in an underpass while being chased by paparazzi.

Xavier, who has previously only spoken to police about that night, detailed the chilling evening in a chat with The Daily Mail. Diana, he said, was still "moving and talking" when he arrived on scene.

"She spoke in English and said, 'Oh my God, what's happened?' I could understand that, so I tried to calm her. I held her hand," he said.

Xavier said the royal seemed dazed after the crash but appeared to be okay. At the time he didn't know who he was helping. But, after putting Diana in an ambulance, the captain on scene told the firefighter who he had been treating.

"He tells me who she is and then, yes, I recognize her, but in the moment I didn't," he said.

Tim Rooke/Shutterstock

The first person on scene, off-duty doctor Frederic Mailliez, also said he didn't realize it was Diana when he got there. Diana, he said, was "sitting on the floor in the back" of the Mercedes.

"I discovered then she was a most beautiful woman and she didn't have any [serious] injuries to her face. She was not bleeding [then] but she was almost unconscious and was having difficulty breathing," he said. "She looked fine for the first minutes."

"So I began to speak English to her, saying that I was a doctor and that the ambulance was on its way and everything is going to be all right," he recalled.

Diana would eventually succumb to injuries sustained in the crash.

What's next?

Pete Davidson unsure of 'SNL' future: It's 'up in the air'

Pete Davidson's days at "Saturday Night Live" might be coming to an end … then again, maybe not.

While chatting with Gold Derby, the comedian touched on speculation — much of which he's been fueling — that claims he's planning to step away from the sketch show after seven years.

"I don't know what the plan is," Pete, 27, said. "Everything's kind of up in the air right now just depending on scheduling."

Kristina Bumphrey/Starpix/Shutterstock

The "King of Staten Island" star has previously hinted that he was done with the NBC staple, saying that Season 46 was "really emotional," as it was the final year of his "SNL" contract.

"It is my seventh year, and that's usually what the contract's usually for, so it was really emotional," he said. "I worked with these guys for a fourth of my life, and I started there with acne and left with tattoos, and it was just, like, a very crazy, long period of time."

"I wasn't ready for the season to end yet because I was really having so much fun," he continued. "Just watching it go from one-third of an audience to [one-half] … and the last show was a full audience for the first time, just hearing that laugh, that full room laugh … I was just so emotional."

Chelsea Lauren/REX/Shutterstock

In May, Pete noted during a roundtable for The Hollywood Reporter that he was "ready to hang up the jersey" in referring to his "SNL" gig. Only further adding to the rumor mill, during Pete's final "Weekend Update" segment of the most recent season, he said, "I'm very grateful to be here, and it's been an honor to grow up in front of you guys."

Cryptic message

Khloe, Tristan Thompson's accuser post vague messages amid split news

One of the women who accused Tristan Thompson of cheating on Khloe Kardashian earlier this year is going cryptic amid news that the reality TV couple has once again split — a breakup that happened shortly after her accusations went public. Khloe, too, shared vague messages on social media amid the drama.

Broadimage/Shutterstock

On June 21, Instagram model Sydney Chase posted a message from Justin LaBoy to her Instagram Story that read, "I can't even get mad no more. Life funny at this point."

Around the same time, Khloe was fairly cryptic on her Instagram Story, as she reposted a diatribe about being "at peace." The mother-of-one also posted a message that read, "One of the healthiest habits to learn: Take nothing personally."

Just before the social media posts, multiple reports said Khloe and the NBA player quietly called it quits a few weeks ago.

"They're getting along. There is no drama," a source told Page Six, adding that "everything is amicable, and they are on the same page with co-parenting" their 3-year-old daughter True.

TMZ, meanwhile, said the duo broke up shortly after Sydney claimed in late April that she and the NBA player hooked up this year while he was back in the throes of his romance with the "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star. After Sydney's claims on the "No Jumper" podcast — in which she went into graphic details about his private region — Tristan threatened legal action, but he has not gone through with it.

Sydney doubled down on her claims and insisted that she wasn't a "liar."

"He told me he was not in a relationship anymore, so I said OK," she claimed on the podcast. "We talked, we hung out multiple times, we went out together, everything." Sydney maintained that she knew who Tristan was and asked him directly if he was single, and he responded, "Yes."

She said, "It happened, and then I found out he was not single, and I cut him off."

Sydney later said on TikTok, "Yes the Tristan rumors are true. The last time we had contact — besides when he messaged me after finding out about the interview, it was the day after his daughter's [April 12] birthday party."

Splitsville?

Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson reportedly split again

Breakup rumors are again enveloping Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson.

On June 21, Page Six reported that the duo quietly split up "a few weeks ago."

REX/Shutterstock

"They're getting along. There is no drama," a source said, adding that "everything is amicable, and they are on the same page with co-parenting" their 3-year-old daughter True.

TMZ, meanwhile, said the duo broke up after cheating allegations arose last month when Instagram model Sydney Chase claimed that she and the NBA player hooked up this year while he was back in the throes of his romance with the "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star. After Sydney's claims on the "No Jumper" podcast, Tristan threatened legal action, but he has not gone through with it.

The split claims come amid speculation that Tristan is on the verge of being traded by the Boston Celtics and after the Daily Mail said he was spotted going to a party with three women, none of which were Khloe.

"Tristan took off into one of the party rooms where everyone goes to hook up," an insider told the Daily Mail. "He was with three women and another guy. One of the girls he was with is a regular partier — she's always out and about at parties. The other girls have just started going out with this group. He did this in front of about 30 people so you could hear people talking."

Tristan emerged 30 minutes later.

"When he arrived, his shirt looked all pressed and when he came out his shirt was a mess, he looked disheveled," the source said. "He continued to party for about another hour and then he left the party at about 4 a.m. with his entourage."

The source also claimed that Thompson was heavily flirting with one of the ladies there.

Broadimage/Shutterstock

In an odd coincidence, the split reports come just after the airing of the "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" reunion in which Khloe said she wanted more kids with Tristan. The reunion was filmed over a month ago. At the time, she spoke of Tristan's "growth."

"I know the growth and all the work that he's done, I know all of the help that he's gotten and the constant efforts that he makes every single day and how hard he fought to get back with me currently," she explained. "I mean, you can ask everyone, it really wasn't an easy thing for him. I don't understand why someone would go through all that if they weren't serious."

Instagram

Khloe's relationship with Tristan has been a roller coaster. Back in 2018, just two days before Khloe gave birth to True, videos emerged of him cheating on the reality TV star with several women. In the following days, he was then linked to even more women. Khloe stayed with him through all the allegations and videos.

Then, in 2019, he was again accused of cheating on Khloe, this time with Kylie Jenner's now-former BFF Jordyn Woods. In the fallout, Khloe split with her beau but blamed Jordyn for the alleged hookup. She flat out said Jordyn — not Tristan — was the reason for the family fracture. Fans, though, turned on Khloe and ripped her for backing Tristan. Soon after, she changed her tune.

Almost immediately, Tristan tried winning Khloe back and he often left flirty comments on her Instagram. As time went on, a reconciliation seemed imminent. In 2020, the duo officially reconciled and Khloe tweeted that the entire Jordyn-Tristan incident was "hearsay."

Medical issue

'Bachelor' alum opens up about mystery hospitalization

Carly Waddell is lifting the veil on her recent mystery hospitalization.

In an Instagram video, the "Bachelor in Paradise" alum said she was boarding a flight last week when she "started having really bad intestinal cramps." While on the plane, she said, "It kept hitting and kept hitting, and I couldn't breathe anymore. Then I got super, super hot and super, super nauseous, and I stopped being able to see, stopped being able to hear."

Noel Vasquez/Getty Images

After saying she needed to get off the plane, Carly passed out. Soon, medics transported her to the emergency room.

"I could not stop throwing up. I probably threw up 20 times," she said, while also adding that there was an issue with hospital workers getting her blood. "They stuck me, I don't know, 200 times, probably — at least 20. They couldn't get blood out for forever."

Eventually they discovered that her white blood cell count was high.

"They said it was probably a virus or bacteria that just got me and got me really good," she said.

Even though she's home, Carly still isn't back to normal — not even close.

"They didn't know what was going on, and I still haven't gone to the bathroom a week later," she said. "That's the update, that's what's going on, which, I don't know what's going on. Nobody actually knows."

Fans were first made aware of Carly's medical episode after her estranged husband posted a photo of her in the hospital.

Evan and Carly met on Season 3 of "Bachelor in Paradise" and got engaged afterward. They share two children, but he has three kids from a previous relationship. In December 2020, Evan and Carly announced their separation.
