With her current position at the Justice Department, CNN's investigators Andrew Kaczynski and Em Steck uncovered Jeanine Pirro's "past criticism of January 6 prosecutors, Capitol Police officers and federal judges." The attorney even called for the prosecution of Donald Trump's "perceived political enemies."The team cited a January 2025 installment of Pirro's WABC radio show during which hher guest stated that the Justice Department prosecutors who charged the Capitol rioters should be prosecuted themselves.
"I absolutely agree with that," Pirro responded.
In a November 2024 broadcast, Pirro suggested the judge who oversaw the president's New York criminal trial should also be investigated.

The K-File team resurfaced Jeanine Pirro's wildest conspiracy theory: She claimed that New York law allows physicians to kill fully delivered, breathing babies. The team called the accusation an "inflammatory rhetoric untethered to reality."In a 2019 speech at a private college in Florida, the lawyer alleged, "The law in New York now allows you to have a full-term baby — the baby can be born alive. And what that means in New York is actually breathe — it is born alive. The baby is then put in a comfort zone."
"And the baby, while in that so-called comfort zone, is allowed to rest while the mother decides whether the baby should live or die," she continued. "And like the emperor in the Roman Colosseum, the thumbs-up or the thumbs-down, the baby is then killed."
There is no evidence that doctors are taking the lives of infants anywhere in the United States.

In 2015, Jeanine Pirro alleged former President Barack Obama was a proponent of a Muslim-supported United Nations resolution that "people should not be able to criticize religions of other people.""That is coming from the Muslim religion. The Muslim religion — they'll chop your head off. I'm not telling you anything you don't know," she alleged during a speech in Louisiana.
The same year, the legal authority alleged undocumented immigrants were allowed to vote "four times" in American elections. Pirro has also claimed Representative Ilhan Omar supports Sharia law in defiance of the U.S. Constitution because she wears a hijab.
