The most random -- but totally awesome -- duo ever?
Rapper Rick Ross and Bill Murray crossed paths this weekend, when they both attended the Rhode Island vs. La Salle basketball game in Philadelphia last Saturday. (Bill's son Luke is an assistant coach for Rhode Island). After the Rhode Island Rams' win, it appears nobody was ready for the night to end, and the unlikely pair somehow ended up in the studio together.
And judging by the pictures, they both had a really good time.
Check out the 39-year-old "Hustlin'" rapper and the 64-year-old legendary comedian partying it up -- with a random cameo by David Letterman's long-time musical director/sidekick Paul Shaffer! We can only guess what kind of sweet music came out of this collaboration.
But this is far from the first time Murray has surprised his fans in the most awesome way possible. Aside from giving sound advice at bachelor parties and crashing engagement photo shoots, it also turns out the St. Vincent actor loves top 40 rap. Check him out crashing a birthday party in rural Jedburg, South Carolina and dancing to DJ Snake and Lil Jon's party anthem "Turn Down For What" last September.
