Meredith Maines, who signed on as Meghan Markle and
Prince Harry's communications chief in early 2025, will resign in January.
The statement from Method Communications clarified that Maines and the firm "concluded their work with Archewell" and that they were "grateful for their contributions and wish them well."
The exit marks the tenth publicist the pair has gone through since leaving The Firm in 2020.

According to a former staff member who spoke with Tom Sykes for The Daily Beast in 2024, Meghan Markle was prone to "psycho moments" around her employees. "She's lovely when things are going her way, but a demon when the worm turns," the source claimed.

Vanity Fair article reported allegedly tense working conditions under Meghan Markle, claiming she could be "brutal" toward staffers and shift quickly from "warm and effusive" to "cold and withholding."

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle also lost workers within their newly restructured nonprofit, Archewell Philanthropies.
