Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's two kids, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, have spent very little time around King Charles III, as they're being raised in California. "I think she would have been absolutely devastated by the fact that the King's not seeing them [Archie and Lilibet]," royal author Phil Dampier told OK! U.K., when discussing how Queen Elizabeth II would feel about Charles' strained relationship with the Sussexes._
