Has Colin Farrell been fruitful and multiplied? Eyebrows shot skyward on Sunday when the Irish star landed at LAX with his girlfriend, Polish actress Alicja Bachleda, who was sporting a noticeably swollen belly. The "Ondine" co-stars, who were first linked earlier this year, smiled as the paparazzi snapped away, with Bachleda, 26, keeping one hand protectively on her stomach. Farrell's rep didn't respond to our request for comment on the pregnancy chatter, but if it turns out to be true, this would be the second child for the reformed bad boy, who has a 5-year-old son, James, with model-ex-girlfriend Kim Bordenave. Last year, he opened up about the tyke's battle with a neuro-genetic disorder called Angelman syndrome. "He's nothing but a gift," said the actor. "As far as I'm concerned, he's exactly the way he should be."
In other speculative bundle of joy news, Penelope Cruz, who has yet to comment on persistent whispers that she has a Javier Bardem-spawned bun baking in her oven, is apparently determined to lie low for the time being. The New York Post says the Oscar winner, who wore a belly-camouflaging green gown to the Aug. 3 premiere of "Broken Embraces," is planning on "hiding out" until she's further along.

Meanwhile, we're starting to think that reality show stars should be required to set aside part of their paycheck to cover the future therapy bills of their offspring. Case in point: Kourtney Kardashian, who, after recently admitting that her impending bundle of joy was the result of her sporadic birth control pill popping, is now disclosing that she contemplated ending the pregnancy. "I definitely thought about it long and hard, about if I wanted to keep the baby or not, and I wasn't thinking about adoption," she tells People magazine. "I do think every woman should have the right to do what they want, but I don't think it's talked through enough. I can't even tell you how many people just say, 'Oh, get an abortion.' Like it's not a big deal." Kourtney says Scott Disick, the father-to-be, offered his support but didn't pressure her into a decision. "He wanted me to talk about it more, but I just kept to myself," she admits. "He said, 'I really want you to keep it, but I will support you whatever you decide to do.'" Kardashian, 30, researched her options, which led to tears and then an epiphany. "I was sitting in bed hysterically crying, reading these stories of people who felt so guilty from having an abortion," she recalls. "And I felt in my body, this is meant to be. God does things for a reason, and I just felt like it was the right thing that was happening in my life."
And finally, it looks like the nesting instinct might be kicking in for Gisele Bundchen, who is reportedly incubating Tom Brady's genetically superior spawn. The Boston Herald reports the supermodel and her New England Patriots hubby are swapping their luxurious penthouse in the city for an expansive "McMansion" in the suburbs. The price tag for their ostensible new digs: an estimated $7 million. Can a minivan be far behind?
