The couple -- one of only five official "Bachelor" and "Bachelorette" couples that are still together out of 24 pairings -- are parents to son Maxwell, 6, and daughter Blakesley, 4.
"It's hard to articulate how lucky I feel to have her in my life," Ryan tells People. "All it takes is a second for me to imagine how my life would be without her in it. It would be terrible."
