Tyler Perry's under-construction estate in Atlanta is in some rare air.

Not only does the filmmaker's 35,000-square-foot mansion sit on 1,200 acres (that's more than double the size of Disneyland — seriously), but TMZ is reporting that Tyler might be building an airport on the land, as well.
The website published aerial photos on Sept. 4 that show the progress of the massive project. A huge home looks to be closer to completion, but images also seem to show a runway being built. Tyler has his own private plane, so an on-site airport wouldn't be inconceivable.
TMZ suspects that a small structure on the property is actually an airplane hangar.

Construction on the home hasn't exactly been done overnight. Tyler supposedly began designing and building the property in 2015.
The mogul reportedly plans to turn some of the land, which sits not far from his 330-acre studio, into an organic farm with horses and other animals.
The cost of the project isn't publicly known, but Tyler can certainly afford it. On Sept. 1, Forbes announced that Tyler has officially become a billionaire.
"I love when people say you come from 'humble beginnings,'" he told the financial magazine. "[It] means you were poor as hell." He added, "Ownership, changes everything."
Forbes estimates that Tyler earned more than $1.4 billion in pretax income in the past 15 years.
