Jana Kramer and her estranged husband, Mike Caussin, have struck a custody agreement over their kids, and the country singer will now have them the majority of the time.
Citing new legal documents, TMZ said Jana will get 5-year-old Jolie and 2-year-old Jace for 240 days of the year, whereas Mike will get them 120 days a year. However, because Jana makes a much larger monthly income than Mike, she will fork over $3,200 a month to him in child support.
Although the former "One Tree Hill" actress won't be on the hook for spousal support, she did agree to pay her ex $592,400 as part of their property settlement, the court documents state.
Last month, Jana Kramer announced that she was done with her marriage of six years after discovering that Mike apparently cheated again, something he's owned up to in the past.
On April 21, People magazine said the country singer filed for divorce because Mike "cheated and broke her trust again."
"After fighting for the marriage for so long, she's come to terms with the realization that his patterns were never going to change," the source said. "The focus now is on their [two] kids."
While addressing the split on Instagram on April 21, Jana wrote, "'It's time.' As I try to make sense of a reality I never wanted to believe could be possible again, those words have now become a reality. I've fought y'all. I've loved hard. I've forgiven. I've put the work in. I've given everything I have, and now I have nothing else to give."
She continued, "Please know that I still believe wholeheartedly in marriage, love, and rebuilding. I just can't fight any longer. It's time to heal."
In her divorce filing, she cited "inappropriate marital conduct, irreconcilable differences and adultery" as the reason for ending her marriage.
