Are Scott Eastwood and John Boyega feuding on the set of their new movie? That's the claim in one of this week's new tabloids. Gossip Cop has the truth!
According to OK!, the two actors are clashing while filming the sci-fi sequel, Pacific Rim: Uprising, because Boyega has a big ego and won't stop bragging about his Star Wars role. A so-called "source" tells the magazine, "At first, Scott tried to glean a few secrets from him about The Last Jedi, but all John talks about is how he's going to blow everyone away."
The outlet's dubious insider adds that Boyega "seems to think he's the star of those films, and it's just exhausting to listen to him." The "source" further purports that Eastwood "wishes John would just concentrate on the film they're shooting."
Gossip Cop, however, checked in with a trustworthy source on set of Pacific Rim: Uprising, who exclusively assures us that the two actors get along well and there's "absolutely no truth" to the tabloid's claim otherwise. We're further told that the allegation about Boyega having a big ego is "completely inaccurate."
In fact, Gossip Cop previously busted OK!'s sister publication, Star, for falsely claiming that Star Wars actress Daisy Ridley was refusing to do interviews with Boyega because of his supposedly oversized ego. That story was completely untrue, and the same goes for this latest one.
