Things are still going to be coming up roses for Chris Harrison.

Earlier in the week, rumors claimed Chris may be exiting the "Bachelor" franchise due to his impending move from Los Angeles to Texas. However, TMZ reports that Chris isn't going anywhere and will commute between the Austin area and Los Angeles, where the long-running ABC dating series films.
Chris, who's from Texas, is moving partly due to a partnership deal with a local brewery, the report says. His girlfriend, Lauren Zima, is moving with him.
Whispers of a potential exit first started making the rounds earlier this year when Chris took a leave of absence from "The Bachelorette," leaving former "The Bachelorette" star JoJo Fletcher to take over hosting duties. In truth, Chris temporarily left the show to take his son Joshua to college at Texas Christian University. Then, due to the pandemic and the fact that the latest season of the show filmed in a "bubble" environment, Chris had to quarantine for two weeks before returning to set.
Chris, who's hosted the franchise for 20 years, is building his home in the Barton Creek area of Austin.

It's not unheard of for stars to commute between their gigs. Ryan Seacrest goes between New York City and Los Angeles for "Ryan & Kelly" and "American Idol," respectively. Michael Strahan also commutes between the Big Apple and L.A. for his TV jobs.
