Andy Dick was arrested at around 4 a.m. on Saturday in Huntington, West Virginia on two felony counts of sexual abuse.

He was held and arraigned at the Western Regional Jail.

Dick was taken into custody after allegedly engaging in non-consensual sexual contact with a bar employee and another male patron at a place called Rum Runners. He was later released on $60,000 bail, which was paid by the manager of comedy venue the Funny Bone, where he'd been slated to perform over the weekend.

According to a press release from the Huntington Police Department, "Based upon statements of two victims and independent witness accounts alleging that he had engaged in unwanted and uninvited groping of the two victims' genital areas, Andrew R. Dick (AKA Andy Dick) of South Pasadena, Calif., was arrested and charged with two counts of Sex Abuse in the First Degree."

Dick was in Huntington performing at the Funny Bone when he allegedly grabbed a security guard's crotch and kissed a male patron.

The comedian, who recently appeared on VH1's "Sober House," has had a checkered past. In 2004, he was arrested for indecent exposure. The following year he exposed himself to an audience, and was pulled offstage.

In 2007, Dick was cited by Columbus Police for public urination. And in 2008, Dick was arrested in California after allegedly pulling down the tank-top — and exposing the breasts — of a 17-year-old girl.
