Jones, the alleged other woman, is releasing a sex tape and using Ashton's name to help her sell it. Vivid's press release for the Jones' sex tape says "Ashton's fans will undoubtedly enjoy seeing what the star himself may have experienced."
Kutcher's lawyers sent a letter to Vivid Entertainment expressing their dissatisfaction over using Kutcher's name without his permission. The lawyers also say that attaching Kutcher's name to a sex tape aims to tarnish his established reputation.
