Philip Seymour Hoffman reportedly died of an accidental overdose from multiple drugs.
The New York City Medical Examiner's Office revealed on Friday that the Oscar Award winner was found to have died from acute mixed drug intoxication, from heroin, cocaine, benzodiazepines and amphetamine, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Hoffman, 46, was found dead earlier this month inside his Manhattan apartment.
