No butts about it -- David Beckham has a dynamite derriere. Even Danny DeVito thinks so! Speaking to reporters at the FX Network screening of the upcoming TV series "Fargo" (inspired by the Coen Brothers' film of the same name) on April 9, the "Always Sunny in Philadelphia" comedian joked that the hunky Brit has a "great [expletive]."
DeVito, 69, was asked about Beckham, 38, because the athlete is launching a high-end Scotch line, and the "Taxi" star has his own limoncello line. "The guy's the underwear guy, right?" he quipped. "Beckham? The guy with the great [expletive]? Yeah, I know the guy."
A reporter then mentioned Beckham's new partnership with Diageo, which is working with the ex-L.A. Galaxy player to release Haig Club, a Scotch that "showcases butterscotch and toffee." Upon hearing this, DeVito asked, "What did he do before he did that?"
Multiple reporters answered, "Soccer," to which DeVito (jokingly?) said, "David Beckham is a soccer star? Are you kidding me? I thought he was just one of those, you know, beefcake guys! Are you serious?"
Asked if he had any tips for Beckham regarding the launch of his Scotch, the comedian replied, "I don't have any advice for him. The only thing I would say is, 'David, keep your pants off.'"
