My Fair Wedding host David Tutera's split with longtime partner Ryan Jurica is anything but pretty. The WE TV star recently filed papers to end his decade-long domestic partnership with Jurica; Jurica fired back and claimed that Tutera suffered from an "addiction to sex," charging that Tutera frequently hired "sex escorts and prostitutes."
In response, Tutera tells Us Weekly in a statement: "The allegations against me are baseless and untrue and I will fight vigorously to defend my reputation in the court of law as well as the court of public opinion. I believe them to be fabrications of a desperate individual in order to gain a legal advantage in our separation."
Making the battle even more complicated? The couple are expecting twins via surrogate this summer, and both men are now requesting full custody of the babies-to-be, according to TMZ. Allegedly despondent after the breakup, Jurica has since checked himself into a rehab, and also seeks spousal support.
Continues Tutera: "I am saddened by these developments; I am angered by the lies; and I am committed to moving beyond this painful moment to focus on my professional commitments and the upcoming birth of my children."
