"Fast Five" star Vin Diesel is counting on Oscars voters to give his high-speed action film some love at the Academy Awards next year.
The actor feels sure that his "Fast & The Furious" sequel could pick up some serious Oscar buzz, and he's hoping for an award or two.
He tells the Los Angeles Times, "I wouldn't be surprised if there is some Oscar talk around this ... Sooner or later, people are gonna say, 'Wait a minute, just because they [film franchise] are for the working class doesn't mean they're not great.'"
