Katy Perry's Coachella hookup has left the desert. The popster, 29, surfaced in New York with DJ-producer Diplo, 35, last Thursday, almost two weeks after they spent quality time together at the music festival.
The pair grabbed dinner at the Marlton Hotel before heading to a post-premiere party for "The Amazing Spider-Man 2" at hotspot Skylight.
"They were very affectionate, very lovey-dovey," a Spidey source tells People, adding that when Katy and Diplo weren't "all over each other, they were constantly looking at each other."
When they left the bash, "they quickly separated," says the onlooker. "She didn't want it to look like they were together, but they were."
The next night, they attended a birthday party at hotspot 1Oak for Diplo's Major Lazer collaborator Walshy Fire. Diplo worked the turntables while Katy hit the dance floor with pal Rihanna.
"Rihanna and Katy [were] doing a bump-and-grind dance together [that was] one step away from a lesbian love scene!" an eyewitness marvels to the New York Post.
Appreciating the sultry rug-cutting scene was Leonardo DiCaprio, who reportedly joined the ladies at a table stocked with 15 bottles of Cristal, courtesy of a "party-boy billionaire pal."
Diplo, meanwhile, he dated rapper M.I.A. from 2003-2008 and has a 3-year-old son, Lockett, from a previous relationship.
