You know, we're kinda starting to feel bad for Gwyneth Paltrow, who has been hit with a major backlash in recent weeks. First, Vanity Fair mocked her GOOP lifestyle initiative. Then she was accused of calling photographers "roaches," a claim she adamantly denied. Last week, a reality show Z-lister insulted her culinary skills, which are currently being parodied on Funny or Die.

The latest knock?

A crewmember on "Iron Man 2" complains to FoxNews.com that the Oscar-winning mom of Apple, 5, and Moses, 3, wasn't the most sociable person on-set, especially when it came to co-star Scarlett Johansson, who is making her debut as the catsuited Black Widow.

"Gwyneth is extremely cool at work. She's just a step above professional, too snobby," snipes the source. "Gwyneth is not friendly to anyone, and tends to make people feel awkward and uncomfortable. She wasn't outright rude to Scarlett, she just didn't ever speak to her. Gwyneth went out of her way to avoid Scarlett, and they had zero contact, at Gwyneth's choosing."

The insider also claims that the crew preferred to hang out with Paltrow's husband, Coldplay front man Chris Martin, because he was "so chill and relaxed and she is just the opposite. Chris has been a crew favorite since the filming of the first movie."

So, is Gwyneth frostier than one of her GOOP-endorsed blueberry and almond smoothies or is this simply some anti-Paltrow bandwagon-jumping by a disgruntled set worker?

It's looking a whole lot like the latter, with the actress's rep telling us that the report is "100 percent false."

"Gwyneth had a wonderful time working with Scarlett," stresses her spokesman, Stephen Huvane. "They did not have all that many scenes together, but when she did work with Scarlett she enjoyed it very much."

What's more, he says, "This rumor was started a while back, even before Gwyneth and Scarlett had their first day of working together, and for some unknown reason it is making the rounds again."

Johansson has previously denied whispers of on-set tension with Paltrow, insisting last month, "No, nothing could be further from the truth. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about working with her."

As for the claim that the crew was more partial to Martin than his missus, Huvane says that's also untrue.

"Chris Martin was rarely on set," he tells us, "so that part of the story doesn't make sense."
