ET can confirm that Jesse James' ex Janine Lindemulder was arrested just outside of Austin on Saturday morning.
Lindemulder was arrested allegedly for harassing James and is being held at the Hays County Jail in Texas. As of Sunday morning, her bond was set at $6,000 on three counts of harassment. TMZ reported on Sunday afternoon that her bail had been posted and she had been released.
James and Lindemulder are involved in a custody battle over their 7-year-old daughter Sunny. James complained to the Austin police that Lindemulder was harassing him with a troublesome number of phone messages.

Currently, James has custody, while his ex has visitation rights. James had moved Sunny to Austin, following his divorce from Sandra Bullock, so his daughter and Bullock could continue their relationship.
