The "Baby" hitmaker has fallen out with a number of other residents at the exclusive gated community, who accused him of disturbing the quiet neighborhood with wild parties and fast cars, and throwing temper tantrums when they attempted to confront him about the problems.

Bieber even found himself in trouble with the law over allegations he spat at one of his neighbors during an argument, and he was recently accused of pelting a nearby house with eggs, prompting a police raid on his home.

However, the 19-year-old appears to be attempting to put his troubles behind him by moving out of the house.

TMZ reports Bieber has decided to sell the mansion and is now looking for a new home. The news comes just days after Bieber's arrest in Florida for driving under the influence, resisting arrest without violence, and driving without a valid license.
