Suge Knight was ambushed -- at least, in his mind. And that's what it looks like in a video of his parking lot altercation that left a man dead.

The prolific rap mogul has video of the altercation, and TMZ is reporting now that video "shows someone holding a gun and pointing it ominously at Suge." The website goes on to say that the man toting the gun was actor Cle "Bone" Sloan.

Also, Suge apparently now believes that Terry Carter, his friend and the man who was killed when Suge ran him over while fleeing the scene, was in on the ambush. Cle was also severely injured in the aftermath.

The altercation took place on the set of the forthcoming N.W.A. biopic "Straight Outta Compton." Terry had apparently set up a meeting and drove Suge to the set so that he could make peace with those involved in the film.

The video, Suge sources told the website, "clearly shows the fight leading up to the fatal hit and run was an ambush," and that another person was also holding a gun.

Suge has been charged with murder and attempted murder for his role in the melee, but has pleaded not guilty.

A video of the incident was apparently shot by surveillance cameras at an adjacent hamburger restaurant.
