Welcome home, Demi.
Demi Moore was photographed for the first time since before the late January collapse and 911 call that sent her to the hospital and a stay at Utah's Cirque Lodge rehab center.
Photos at TMZ show the Margin Call actress, 49, de-boarding a private plane in a loose white top and shorts looking tan and healthy.
A source confirmed to Us Weekly that Moore and her BFF Eric Buterbaugh stayed at a private residence at Parrot Cay in Turks and Caicos following her stint at the famed Cirque Lodge.
The star and mom of three checked in following her Jan. 23 collapse -- leading to an infamous 911 call placed by pals. Moore had been smoking an "incense-like substance" on the night in question, and had been in "complete crisis" following the messy November 2011 end of her marriage to Ashton Kutcher. Moore had alarmed fans and loved ones alike with her frail appearance and intense partying at Hollywood hotspots.
"She knows she's in a bad place and needs help," a source explained in January of the actress, who first went to rehab in 1985. "She needed something serious to get her back on track."
